Artist Statement

 Fairytale princesses and magic castles in the sky filled this little girls dream. Butterflies, dragons and fairies fill my gardens.

While learning the technical end of using watercolor, I concentrated on painting my flowers. Now I’m allowing my dreams to flow through my brushstrokes.

I grew up wishing I were Merlin’s lost daughter, hearing the things that were not heard and seeing the things that were not shown.

My paintings are symbols of my personality. If others know what to look for I am an open book. I am always changing, evolving, becoming. I am comfortable everywhere.         I have no beginning, I have no end. I have only  me and my desire to paint. Allow the serenity of my paintingsto enter your soul and you     will know me.                             -Crystal
