Cara has loved drawing since she could hold a pencil. by age 3, she was drawing recognizable caricatures. She has taken sculpting classes and has painted with her mother on several occasions. She has experimented with watercolor, acrylics, collage, mixed media and sculpting.

Her painting entitled ‘Another Pretty Face’ was created at the age of 11; published as a limited edition giclee by Artists’ Press Corp to make her the youngest pro-published artist to date.

She participated in the Whyte Avenue ArtWalk in 2003, at the age of 12-being their youngest artist as well. She was featured on TV during the Big Breakfast for this event. She also received newspaper coverage in color.

She lives in Beaumont leading an active teenage girls life-with the odd creative spree thrown in for good measure. Though she is presently pursuing many other interests besides her art, she has turned out some wonderful pieces to dates. She has donated many pieces to various Charities in and around Edmonton and truly exhibits ‘generosity of spirit’.

  Being the daughter of a professional and an accidental artist she is surrounded by creativity in every form. It will be a treat to             watch her grow and develop her own style.
